Pick Up Your Holds 24/7 at the Trafalgar Branch
JCPL’s Trafalgar Branch now lets you pick up your hold items anytime you want to. We have installed “hold lockers” inside the first set of doors. When you place an item on hold, just choose the “Trafalgar Hold Lockers" option from the Pickup Library dropdown menu. You'll be notified when your items are ready for pickup.
When you arrive:
- Scan your physical library card OR
- Scan your barcode saved in the JCPL app (download the app here) OR
- Manually enter the card number on the touchscreen
- The locker will pop open, with your items checked out to you!
Please note: larger Library of Things items (sewing machines, telescopes, musical instruments, etc.) or other oversized material will not fit in the lockers.
